It is a regular Yoga class, Hatha based, YogaWorks, just with all the guidances in French. You do not need to be proficient - as a matter of fact, not even have done - any Yoga before nor speak the language: in yoga you get the same benefits no matter the extent of the poses and your level; as for the French, this is not intended to be a class, it is for you to be completely immersed into the language and its sounds, either that you are a speaker or have never heard a single word before!
