It is a free event but you still have to buy one drink & tip the bar at least $1 per drink.
$10 for any wines (top selection) & Martinis too.
$8 for mixed drinks.
$5 for any beers Belgian, local or average commercial.

With its sweeping views from the 26th floor on all four sides, the U.N., the East River, the Mid & Upper East Sides, this place must be seen!
The building itself is a stylish 1920s Art Deco masterpiece that rises a block from the East River. The 26th floor rooftop boasts two small outdoors terraces open all year long, two covered restaurant terraces & the elevators open on a large indoor rotunda with a bar. This is where we'll meet.

Je vous invite a ce bar haut dans le ciel au dessus de l'East River entre 19 & 22 Heures.
C'est calme & serein! Come any time 7-9PM
Take the elevator to the top floor.

C'est superbe! Surtout si vous aimez l'atmosphere genre James Bond! (late 60's early 70's Modern). Vraiment a voir!

Il y a un crosstown bus sur la 59 St. & Lex.

Great views of 59th Street Bridge & East River! Cool outdoor space on three sides of the building. Good appetizers & bar food. It's a great place to grab drinks on a warm night rather than fighting the crowds at other outdoor bars...

I did not realized the ups & downs this group could get thru before it even went off the floor.
For once, maybe not twice, I'd like to mix it with our regular events & see what happens.
(Please see Original French or French expats on Meetup).

As the Autumn season is now upon us we will go to places where we may combine both the outdoors & the indoors. Come anytime 7 to 10PM.
Could anyone suggest such a place on the LES??? We have not been there in a long time.
