All members are welcome. It's our first meeting, and a chance for us to practice our French and discuss possible future meetings and activites.

Why

To practice your French at whatever level, to meet new people, and to have an enjoyable evening.

"We don't have a room booked (this time anyway), you'll find me in the bar sitting at a table with a sign on the table. Hopefully you'll also recognise me from my picture on this site :-)"

How to get to the meeting
Nearest Tube/Train station: London Bridge (Jubilee/Northern Lines / National Rail)
How to find the pub
It's 5 to 10 minutes walk from the station. Take the St Thomas Street/Guys hospital exit from the station. From the station, cross the road, and walk straight on. Do not turn left or right, but walk past the McDonalds on the right and through guys hospital. (Hospital building should be on your left and right). When you get to the back of Guys, turn left and walk down Snowsfield Road, You should see the Miller of Mansfield on the right hand side.

It's not difficult to find, but please please print out a map. I'm not brilliant at directions, and I don't want anyone getting lost. Don't worry if you can't make it for 7pm, please feel free to join as at any point in the evening, though the earlier the better of course.

What to expect at the meeting
It's an informal chance for everyone to meet, socialise, and practice their french without embarrisment and at whatever level. We're a friendly crowd, and I hope to see you all there.
