“ We had about two dozen people come. There was petanque competition between us for a water melon. We also cut one melon and had a description in Cajun French on how to choose one. We played Frisbee as well. About half of the participants were children. Some could speak very little French, and others spoke Cajun French and French from France, Belgium, and Canada. A good time was had by all. ”
