I am a language teacher that has spoken mostly Spanish in recent years. It is nice to find a place to refresh my French.

I was in Paris for less than 24 hours in 1972 to catch a United Nations student flight back to NY. I had just spent 4 months as a student in Salamanca, Spain.

Où avez-vous appris le français?

I started in high school, took some in college,but my teachers never appreciated my accent in Spanish, which was my major language to study.

Pourquoi avez-vous choisi le français?

My ex-husband's sister lives in Strausbourg, France, and I would love to see her after about 30 years.
