PROGRAMS - FREE

1. Skype - This is an internet telephony systems which allows you to connect with people all of the world. This is an awesome program. I use it myself. It allows for crystal clear one-to-one calls and conference calls. You must try this!

2. PalTalk - This is voice chat program. It allows you to connect to voice chat rooms where people come around to chat. It's used by Universities around the world to aid in Distance Learning programs. One university in particular is State University of New York. We also have a room on there, under the category: Distance Learning, called French Fanatics.

3. Speakonia - This is my newest and greatest find - CFS-Technologies Speakonia is a FREE Text-To-Speech (TTS) GUI (graphical User-Interface) Program which uses the Microsoft ® Speech Technology. The easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) is similar to Notepad. Speakonia reads aloud any given text with just one mouse click! The reading can be paused, resumed and can be exported to a wave file. In addition Speakonia is able to fetch webpages through an internal http interface and read them aloud for you. You can even have your mails read to you using the "Clipboard Reading" feature.

Thanks for sharing the resources! If you have looked into both, I was wondering which verb conjugation book you would recommend more?
