About The Kalamazoo French Language Meetup Group

Do you love the French language and culture? Are you learning the French language or are you a native speaker? If so, then Bienvenu chez “Kalamazoo French Language Meetup” (KFLM). KFLM is a meet-up group designed to encourage growth and education in the French culture and language. The group consists of speakers at the beginner level to advanced level. Our motto is “the more, the merrier.”

We offer a once a month French conversation and socialization as well as weekly French lessons.

The primary meetup meets once a month. This group is geared toward high socialization and great conversation. Lots of fun fun activities. The monthly meetup is FREE of charge and open to everyone.



The second meetup, Vas-Y-Voir, meets every Thursday and is based on lectures and conversations in French, allowing people to learn not only french, but also geography and French culture from around the world. These sessions also include French historical topics. The cost for attending Vas-Y-Voir is $8.00 per session. Regular attendance is not required, but it is encouraged.

Of course, everyone is welcome to attend both.

Additionally, we are developing many new possiblities within the group. Join us as these adventures become available.
