"Hi i'ts george here. I am interested in the speed meeting as i'll be able to meet other french speakers. My vocabulary isn't great, so unfortunately I can run out of conversation quickly, so moving around after a few minutes sounds great to me!"

"at school ( a long time ago)"

What level of french do you speak?

"Lise suggested I could manage the advanced class which I have been going to. I really enjoy the class but, to be honest, I find it really hard going sometimes because I haven't spoken french since I was at school, nearly 20 years ago."

  "This was my first meet up. I had a great time and was relieved that not everyone was fluent, as I had felt anxious about this. It was great that so many people came, but because there were so many of us, it was sometimes difficult to hear what was being said. This added to the fun though. Well done Lise! (I hope that you get a comission from au bar!?)"
