- Hi, Since studying french at school I've wanted to become better acquainted with the language and country. Now following my dream by buying a house in the south near the Med. where I hope to spend a lot more of my time. À bientôt!
- Where did you learn french?

Secondary school to Scottish Higher grade 1963. Subsequently 2/3 courses at Edinburgh University IALS (with Florence).
- What level of french do you speak?

Reached intermediate at IALS but this was some years ago so now very rusty. Better with written french. Reasonably comfortable with grammer and tenses but have difficulty with understanding/ speaking french as it is spoken.
